Celebrate December with Elle's Studio | The Twelve Cards of Christmas

Hello there all! Suz here with you today. I was so excited to be invited back by Elle and Jenni to take part in this fun and inspiring holiday celebration here at Elle's Studio!

Today I am sharing with you "The Twelve Cards of Christmas." They range from clean + simple to a bit more involved but totally doable!

Below is the collection. Many of the cards have added stitching, texture, and dimension along with the fabulous exclusive Elle's Studio wood veneers, stamps, patterned paper and tags!

For the card below, I used a circle cutter and a circle punch to create the window and a pop dot to the "joy" circle for added dimension within the card. The little snowflakes (starbursts) were made with a mini punch.

On the card below, I took a card from the monthly kit and used a circle cutter to cut out a circle window to place that fabulous wood veneer ornament in. I added the baker's twine and some pop dots to give the 3x4 card more dimension and showcase the ornament. Then I used the "fa la la" exclusive stamp for the sentiment on a smaller flag tag.

I added a little bling to this one along with some Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist Marshmallow. Love the subtle sheen it provides to the card. The "warmest wishes" is an exclusive Elle's Studio stamp.

The simple card below was made with a star punch. The inside reads, "The stars are brightly shining. --
Wishing you a holiday season filled with sparkle and the love of Jesus."

And there ya have it! Twelve different designs to help inspire you & to help you get your holiday card making off to a great jump start!

ELLE'S STUDIO ITEMS USED TO CREATE THIS CARD COLLECTION: Good Cheer collection, November Kit, December Kit

Feel free to leave comments below with any questions you may have regarding the cards and how they were made or assembled or specific products used.

A special thank you to Elle and Jenni for the invitation to contribute! Happy holiday paper crafting everyone! May your days be merry and bright! xoxo Suz

This was a fun layout to make as it allowed me to get a bunch of photographs of our year documented on one page! Head on over to Citrus Twist's blog for process details on how I created it here. There is also a blog hop going on now where Citrus Twist has paired up with The Crafter's Workshop. The designers have done worked some amazing creations and techniques with these stencils! Giveaways are involved people, so be sure to hop on over here and leave some love on the designer's creations with these fun and versatile stencils!!
